Complete our online application with online payment, and then email your DD214/Discharge Papers to membership@jwv.org.

Please send us the following:

  1. Your completed and signed application;
  2. A sponsor that has vouched for you on your application. Any JWV member in good standing can be a sponsor. If you do not have a sponsor yet, we will assist you;
  3. A copy of your DD-214, Honorable Discharge Papers, or Proof of Active Duty Status AND
  4. Membership dues.

JWV Membership dues for regular members are as follows:

  • 1-Year Membership = $35.00 (plus post dues)
  • 2-Year Membership = $65.00 (plus post dues)
  • 3-Year Membership = $90.00 (plus post dues)

PLEASE NOTE:  In addition to your regular membership dues, you are required to join a local JWV Post in your area. Post dues are separate and vary by location.

You are welcome to join our At-Large Post 100, online Post 77, or a local Post in your area! Use our Post Locator map or email JWV’s Membership Department at membership@jwv.org and we’ll find a Post for you.
