This Program Guide is meant to serve as a resource for echelon activities at all levels, both within the echelon itself and with the greater community. The Guide is meant to serve as a reference or a how-to book for JWV programs, a planning manual for echelon programming and activities throughout the year, and a means of increasing membership. It supplements our “Manual of Ceremonies.” The Guide provides general information for all echelons that can be adapted to the needs and requirements of the individual Post, Council or Department.
