Thank You for Attending Our National Convention!

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us at the JWV National Convention in Henderson, Nevada. It was a highly successful event filled with important briefings on current events, engaging discussions, and productive committee meetings.

This year’s convention welcomed three outstanding candidates for the role of National Vice Commander. After a respectful and closely contested two-round election, Selina Kanowitz of New Jersey was elected. We extend our sincere appreciation to Scott Schlesinger of Maryland and Kim Queen of Wisconsin for their dedication, leadership, and willingness to serve.

The convention concluded with a heartfelt tribute to our outgoing National Commander, Gary Ginsburg, recognizing his dedicated service and impactful leadership. We proudly welcomed Scott Stevens as JWV’s new National Commander, alongside Selina Kanowitz as the new National Vice Commander.

We truly value your feedback and would love to hear about your experience. If you haven’t yet completed our post-convention survey, please share your thoughts on the schedule, programming, hotel accommodations, or anything else you’d like us to know. Send your completed survey to jwv@jwv.org.

We look forward to seeing you next year at JWV’s 131st Annual Convention in Albany, New York!
