The Jewish War Veterans of the USA awards each year four educational grants at the Annual National Convention in August to High School seniors, who are direct descendants (children, grand-children and great grand-children) of members in good standing.
Applications are due May 1, 2013
The Following Grants are available:
- Seymour and Phyllis Shore Memorial Grant: $1500
- Robert and Rebecca Rubin Memorial Grant: $1250
- Bernard Rotberg Memorial Grant: $1000
- I. Rubenstein Memorial Grant: $750
Applicants must have been accepted by an accredited College or University, be in the upper 25 percent of their class and participated in extra curricular activities at school, as well as the Jewish community.
