JWV Pledge Allegiance to the Flag Program

Your Post can present your local school or community center, a beautiful scroll of the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, printed in two colors, red, and blue, with the American Flag on the border.

There is room at the bottom to have your Post name printed on it and you can have it framed.

This, too, you cannot obtain from National Headquarters. Write your own Congressman or Senator, while Congress is in session,  requesting him or her to obtain for you copies of House Document No. 225 for you. Explain that your Post has inaugurated a JWV Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag program at schools and the Jewish Community Center in your area.

Note: House Document No. 225 is also for sale from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. Your Congressperson or Senator can probably get some for you free of charge. If he or she cannot, or if he or she does not get enough copies, you can order them from the Superintendent of Documents.
