Veterans who served in an Allied Force or during peacetime are eligible for Associate Membership.
NEC Update! On 3/10/01 the National Executive Committee adopted the following regarding In-Service Membership:
Original Application should include home and in-service address and a photocopy of in-service member's military identification card.
Subsequent annual submission of in-service member include the current in-service address and photocopy of military identification card.
In-service member shall declare annually his/her preferred home or military address for JWV communications.
