THE UNITED STATES HAS THE AUTHORITY TO DESTROY TERRORIST PRODUCTION OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION A

Spring 2002

The Jewish War Veteran of the USA notes the confusion which permeates the debate about the elimination of weapons of mass destruction [WMD]. Without the full compliance by Iraq with the terms and conditions of the documents setting forth the basis for a conclusion of the Gulf War, that War still continues in a noncompliant false truce condition. Knowledge exists as to Iraq's noncompliance and its creation, development and production of WMD, which it has already used against its own people and in its war with Iran. While semantic differentiation may be used to distinguish their purpose or intent, there can be no confusion that each and every WMD constitutes a military adventure and each site for its creation, development or production is in fact a military target, whose destruction is and has been authorized. We need not wait for an Arizona monument in Pearl Harbor to create a memorial for the World Trade Center in order to pursue the elimination of military threats, nor must we await the expressions of dismay from our Allies who take the moral high ground while making use of American strength to eliminate Iraq's threat to the oil, their faltering Arab governments or their ability to trade with Iraq. The United States should eliminate the WMD sites now, with or without their expressed consent. National Commander Dan Weiss said "Let them call us "pisher" while they languish in their stability and comfort from the actions of the United Sates in their behalf and on behalf of world security, which means America's security.
