Fall 2014

The Jewish War Veterans of the USA forcefully condemns today’s Islamic terrorist attack on four rabbis conducting Jewish worship at a synagogue in Jerusalem, and would like to reiterate its support for Israel as a Jewish State.

The Jewish War Veterans of the USA forcefully condemns today’s Islamic terrorist attack on four rabbis conducting Jewish worship at a synagogue in Jerusalem, and would like to reiterate its support for Israel as a Jewish State.

JWV sends its condolences and prayers to the families and friends of those who were taken from us too soon, and with warm wishes to those injured for a full and speedy recovery.

It must be noted that Palestinian President Abbas has pro forma condemned the attack. However, in recent weeks Abbas has intentionally contributed to the incitement by praising the terrorist acts in Jerusalem.

We wholeheartedly recognize and support Israel’s right to self-defense; citizens should not have to live in fear of going to synagogue.

JWV calls upon President Obama, Congress, and our political leaders to send a message that brutally attacking innocent civilians for practicing their religion and while in prayer will not be tolerated.
