- We cannot use articles that have appeared in other newspapers or magazines without permission
- Ideal maximum size for article approximately 800 words (1 page)
- Pictures submitted for magazine preferred electronically at minimum resolution of 300 dpi; hard copies can be scanned but must be clear photos; cannot include copies or color Xeroxes of photos
- Seeking articles on Post activities and human interest stories on those currently serving
- Committee chairmen will be doing articles in magazine to disseminate word about work of committees to all members
- Will put information about article and picture requirements on the web site
- Will check that veterans hospitals, outreach clinics, and military hospitals receive magazine
