- Currently seeking someone to work on this template, as the person who had begun the work is ill
- Need to look into technicalities if use the JWV web site to host web sites of other echelons
- Costs of possibly hosting the sites
- Possible need for increased server size
- Importance of committee in Counter-Terrorism commission in providing information in case of future emergency
- Need to have 2-3 contacts in each department to facilitate setting up web sites
- Hope to have sample website available for convention
- Examples of data people want to see on websites include full-year calendar of events, meeting minutes, pictures of department events
- Links currently on web site need to be checked to see if out of date
